To protect privacy, our site has enabled the IP anonymization feature ("anonymizeIP") for users in the European Union and the European Economic Area, thereby reducing the risk of personal identification. In exceptional cases, full IP addresses may be sent to Google's servers in the United States before being anonymized.

Use of Sentry

We use Sentry, an advanced error monitoring tool integrated into our application to help us detect, track, and analyze bugs and incidents that may occur during its use. Sentry plays a crucial role in the ongoing improvement of our application's stability and performance by providing us with detailed reports on errors and crashes in the source code. As part of its operation, Sentry collects certain data related to the application's use, which we host ourselves on our server to ensure secure and private information management. Here are the types of data collected by Sentry:

  • Application user ID : Allows us to correlate errors with specific user sessions for more precise analysis.
  • Email address and username: Used to uniquely identify error sessions and facilitate communication with affected users, if necessary.
  • Request data: Includes the HTTP method, request URL, HTTP headers, form data, and JSON payloads. These details help understand the context in which the error occurred. It's important to note that Sentry is configured to exclude raw request bodies and multipart file uploads to protect user data privacy.
  • Device informations: Includes the browser name and version, operating system, and device type. This information is essential for identifying the root cause of errors and ensuring compatibility with different devices and browsers.
